The Swift Assistant offers errand-running and personal assistance services including but not limited to:

• Grocery shopping and delivery
• Package pickup and delivery
• Bill payments
• Household shopping
• Home sanitation services
• Other personal errands as requested

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for each errand
• Ensure sufficient funds are available for purchases and service fees
• Be available for communication during the errand if needed
• Provide clear instructions and any necessary access codes or permissions

4. Fees and Payments

Our service fees will be communicated before accepting any errand. You agree to pay:

• The cost of all purchases made on your behalf
• Our service fee for the errand
• Any applicable delivery or transportation fees

Payment is due upon completion of the errand unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an errand request at any time before we begin working on it. If cancellation occurs after we've begun the errand, you may still be responsible for partial or full payment depending on the work already completed.

6. Liability

The Swift Assistant will exercise reasonable care in performing services but shall not be liable for:

• Items that are out of stock or unavailable
• Errors in orders when the client provided incorrect information
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances
• Loss or damage to items after delivery has been completed

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will only use your information to provide the requested services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
